The location of this place is excellent, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help resolve any issues.

The hotel was peaceful and absolutely great, and the staff were very welcoming, truly enjoyed the marvellous location near durban central, and banks even library. The private parking was on site, great service.

The rooms offered are exceptional and recently refurbished with a microwave, bathroom, and utensils. the hotel has a central location next to a nightclub. - the best part is that it's just off the restaurant and nearby shops.

We liked the hotel, exactly what we had in mind. the property had a central setting in the area. the Lady at the reception did her best to solve the matter and it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Rainbow Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

Convenient location, with easy access to everything nearby! the room I booked only had a microwave, but that was all I needed. I loved being so close to the library and shops, and Durban was just a hop and a skip away ☺️.

I had a great experience at Bayside Hotel. The room was spacious and the aircon worked perfectly. The hot water in the shower had great pressure and the facilities like the fridge, microwave, and tea station were all in good condition. The modern finishings in the hotel added a nice touch. The inside parking, although at an extra charge, provided peace of mind. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
